About the Space
Our venue is a one of a kind entertainment space, with several unique and separate spaces to meet all of your event needs! The sprawling layout is over 4500 square feet, including the following: We offer a huge, open ballroom perfect for hosting large dinner parties, weddings, or even a small concert or performance. There is a separate, full kitchen with a 20 foot concrete serving bar, connected to a lounge/bar area with an upstairs loft area overlooking the ballroom. We have 2 fabulous outdoor entertaining areas, with newly laid pavers, cafe lights and a custom built firepit to enhance the ambiance of any event. There are three bathrooms, one of them is handicapped accessible. We also have a beautiful, custom designed bridal suite available for those extra special events. This includes a separate sitting room, bridal dressing suite, and an attached dressing/makeup room for your bridesmaids. In addition, we have just finished building out our fabulous upstairs suite. This space is complete with a sitting area and poker table, 2 big screen smart TVs and sectional sofa, and also a full bathroom including a full size shower. Our space is truly unlike any other, and the possibilities are endless! Our weekend pricing is as follows: Friday (day rate)- $2500 Saturday (day rate)- $3000 Sunday (day rate)- $2200 Also, our max capacity is currently 150. With tables and chairs set up in the main sanctuary, we can comfortably seat 100, or 150 on the large patio. Tables and chairs are available for rent for an additional fee. This space is absolutely amazing and flexible for all kinds of events. Carrie was incredibly supportive and helpful in creating the perfect experience for our college graduation. I can’t say enough, she went above and beyond my expectations with her professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely recommend booking, I had a chance to see a wedding setup during the walkthrough and it looked stunning! We were looking for a centrally located space that comfortably accommodated 70+ guests with outdoor and indoor options for music, food and drinks. This space easily checked all my boxes and more with additional features such as a relaxing loft, bar setup, full kitchen, and outside heating.
