The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

A minimally furnished house, perfect for filming and photography. Guests are welcomed to customize the interior perfectly to their envisioned set. The design of the property is reminiscent of a French Chateau, with a cozy modern Mediterranean interior. The master suite is a light-filled room accoutered with beautiful windows, vaulted and beamed ceilings, mountain views and an elegant bathroom. Another Mediterranean element is the garden decorated with a fountain centerpiece and surrounded by climbing roses, citrus trees, herbs and lavender.

General Rules

No smoking on the lot indoors or outdoors. No alcohol or recreational drugs. Guests are required to bring their own trash bags for all disposables including the bathroom. Guests are allowed to move furnitures and bring their own furnishings, but are required to return furnitures to their original places. Guest are to send a COI a day prior to the booking. Pets or animals are not allowed (please call to discuss if needed)
