Our newly renovated Event Hall offers a fresh and inspiring atmosphere for collaborators, entrepreneurs, artists and community organizers to host their meetups, social events, cocktail parties and private events. Rooms can be added on and utilized as flex spaces, for makeup/wardrobe, breakout groups, catering and refreshments and more. Outside catering and bartending is welcome in our space. All events must submit the license or certificate for their bartender at least 7 days prior to the event. Minimum rental timeframes M-F 9pm-5pm: 2 hours M-F 5pm-4am: 4 hours Sat: 4 hours Sun: 4 hours Security Fee: M-F 9pm-5pm: No charge for the first guard M-F 5pm-4am: Required Sat-Sun: Required 1 security guard is required for every 75 guests. Charged at $30/hr per guard Event Insurance Requirement: A certificate of insurance for bodily injury and property damage liability protection in a combined single limit amount of no less than $1,000,000 is required with each rental. We'd recommend using TheEventHelper.com to secure your insurance. Please list the following as an additional insured party on the COI. Please ensure that host liquor liability coverage is included if you will have alcohol on site. All bookings will be required to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form for the purpose of possible damages to the space. A refundable damage deposit may also be required.
