About the Space
Spacious conference room with zoom call set up. The conference room can hold 6-8 people comfortably. In addition, there is a small sitting room with couches available just outside the conference room. Additional amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, and sparkling water, onsite bathrooms, and catering upon request. We follow WA state's COVID-19 guidelines by providing you with a safe, healthy workspace that follows social distancing protocols, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Hand Sanitizer, and pre and post-se conference room cleaning with CDC-approved anti-Coronavirus disinfectants.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

The people are really nice and the office is in a good location downtown Vancouver. We had an issue getting into the office, the exterior door was locked during the first hour of my rental but we worked that out and the owner gave a helpful and generous refund on the time. The space was functional but the office was generally not super presentable for clients of mine.

Great space, lovely host! Abby was super nice and easy to work with. The space was clean, easy to find and had street parking that was 10 hours instead of the typical 2-3 in Vancouver. Our team fit perfectly and it had couches just outside of the meeting room so my team could spread out a bit during breaks.
