COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have professional cleaners who come by after each event to ensure the cleanliness condition of the venue. Everything from sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and highly touched areas in the venue to ensure safety and security.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Activities that work well would be speaking events, business events, meetings, fundraisers singers, dancers, actors and reception for weddings or quinces. There are many chairs and tables that can be utilized and 2 restrooms towards the back of the venue. Warm lighting and a stage area really make the place unique in set up style and can be utilized for anything needing a main speaker and main stage area.

30 cars can fit in the side parking lot and back and there is an open field if additional parking is needed.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is cameras outside in the lot area and one inside the event space. It's monitored through motion detection and will be left to be on during the event to make sure there is no damages or furniture stolen & as long as that doesn't conflict with any attendees.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
