About the Space

CONTENT CREATION HEAVEN! You will be shooting in a vibrant high-rise studio in Downtown Los Angeles. A unique 750 sq corner studio receives direct natural light all day with unobstructed views of the city. FREE AMENITIES / PERKS INCLUDED: - 86" White + Tech Green Seamless Paper - Mannequin (size 6) - Modern Cement Table - Pictured Furniture (Couch, Daybed, Mirrors, Rug, etc..) - Abundant Natural Sunlight, East facing -High Speed WiFi - A/C - 17th Floor Stunning Views of The City - White Walls & Wood Floors The building is located near several pay parking lots and street-meters. There are 3 elevators Our Loft could be best used for the following: Commercial and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series and more.

Lighting description

Tons, as you can see in the photos. Natural light is brightest around 8am- 1pm. Lighting is something to consider at this time of year, we suggest bringing extra lights just in case. There is a film screen that can be pulled down and used as a black out screen.

General Rules

A violation of any of the following rules is subject to an automated $100 fine per violation. -DO NOT move the furniture or decor without permission first -NO SHOES are allowed on the RUG -DO NOT stand on the furniture -NO OIL on couch, it will stain. -DO NOT move Curtains by window, they are for display and do no close. ATTENTION: Please be aware that before you leave it is YOUR responsibility to make sure that furniture (BACKDROP, books, racks, tables, etc) is placed in its ORIGINAL location, as we have another booking immediately after. Please Note: Our loft is not soundproof, softly played music is accepted. Security Cameras: There is one security camera inside the space that will be used only if necessary when peerspace asks for proof of footage. Such as: damages, late departures and safety concerns. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Love this space. Exactly as advertised. The only feedback I'd give is paper towels or a hand towel in the bathroom, but other than that. Great space to work in! Will definitely book again!

Beautiful space! Definitely better lighting on a sunny day, still works gloomy but I would recommend bringing atleast one external light source for shadows!

I have use the studio a couple days before and it was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and proper. I wasn’t able to make my original booking so I booked for later that day and the host was very accommodating! They even offered a complementary 30 minutes due to my clients scheduling issues. That was so kind of them. I will absolutely be booking the studio again. If you are looking for a clean, bright, incredible natural light, this is a Studio for you.
