This flexible and intimate space is 1,800 sq. ft on the ground level and can hold up to 60 guests. From the Bay to the Sea, we are in the Balboa Village on the Newport Beach Peninsula nearby the ferry and just steps away from the sand and pier. This unique location neighbors many restaurants, shops, water activities and just a short walk to the famous Ferris wheel and Fun Zone area. Our floor to ceiling greenery wall, allows you to create the perfect back drop for your special event. Ask about our customized backdrop options and for an additional fee can create a photo spot for any occasion. The wall is equipped with overhead spotlights to help provide the right amount of lighting to capture the perfect photo. From experience, you can comfortably fit 42 guests with five 8ft. tables set up as one long dinner table. For more seating, we recommend circle tables throughout the room. There is plenty of street and metered parking nearby as well as a several paid parking lots nearby. There is easy access to public transportation with nearby bus stops as well as we recommend taxi/ride share services. During the Summer weekends, parking can be more difficult to find.
