About the Space
Welcome to the ultimate summer getaway spot! With a resort-like backyard, this home has been designed for the optimal entertainment experience. The kitchen and living room area is the perfect place to cook, dine and entertain, as the space opens out to the patio and pool area. The rear of the property features a guest house, swimming pool and spa, outdoor lounge area, cabana with firepit, sauna, day bed swing, outdoor shower.

Parking description
Three cars can fit in the driveway. One or two cars can fit in private gated parking. Street parking is always free, available and no street sweeping.
General Rules
• Checkout: 11:00 AM
• Self-check-in with keypad
• No smoking
• No pets
• No parties or events
Please respect the home as if it is yours!
• Please ensure all guest are back inside by 10 pm on weeknights and midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.
• No diving in the pool! The pool is not deep enough for this.
• Take off your shoes at the front door please.
• No smoking in the house or on outdoor furniture. There are ash trays outside on patio and cabana
• Keep the eating to the dining and kitchen areas to prevent spill/stains.
• Backyard/Pool/Jacuzzi: No glass outside or in the back to prevent glass around pool/jacuzzi. Plastic glasses have been provided and are in the kitchen.
• Do not move the furniture. The moisture from the ocean makes everything outside wet in the morning and indoor furniture would get ruined.

Ring camera on front of house by the front door. It will be on.

Right camera on front of Pool House. It will be on.
There cameras are on a private feed are only used for security reasons.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The entire property is deep cleaned every day between guests and is typically cleaned the day before so guests can ensure they see that it has previously been cleaned. The property is checked after the cleaning to ensure it meets the highest expectations.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
