About the Space
Great space for photo, video shoot and podcast recording. We have recording equipment for video/podcast recording (for an additional cost), including GH5, S5 camera, Rodecaster microphone, lights, backdrop stand, external monitor with keyboard and mouse, 2 desks. Full bathroom. This space is great for meetings or production office, 2 desks, 4 chairs and table, printers and fast wifi.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take health and safety very seriously for our studio space, we make sure that air is vented after guests leave and all high traffic areas are disinfected, and all touch points and surfaces are cleaned.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
