Space is cleaned professionally in between bookings/events.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Fully Renovated Cozy Bungalow in East Atlanta Village with a large (Privacy Fenced) Backyard and detached garage with Pool Table, Air Hockey, and a myriad of other games available. The outdoor deck and backyard are perfect for your brunch event or business gathering. As a guest you will have full access to the home during your time onsite.

General Rules
Failure to adhere to the following house rules will result in additional fees and/or cancellation of the reservation.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING inside of the house. Any evidence of smoking inside the house will incur an automatic loss of your security deposit and you will be required to leave the premises.
- No loud music or outdoor activities after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors and be mindful of noise. In a quiet neighborhood such as this, police will be called if there are any noise complaints.
Absolutely no illegal drugs. This property is a drug-free zone (GA. Code Ann. 16-1332). Any violation will be subject to Georgia law. No pets or service animals allowed on property. No burning candles or incense.
Any damage in house will result in loss of security deposit, this includes:
-Stains on furniture or sofa
-broken or inoperable items
For stains/damage to towels and linens, cost is as follows:
- Bath Towels, Hand Towels or Wash Clothes (this includes makeup on any of white towels. we provide black make-up towels for make-up removal)- $5 each
-Linens/Bed Sheets damage - $20 each
Garage Specific Rules:
-DO NOT TOUCH or Mark the East Atlanta mural on the back wall. Any hand, Finger, or other marks on the mural will result in a $100 fee per mark.
-There are games and sports items to enhance your enjoyment of property, we expect all items to be returned back to their respective locations inside the garage. The following charges will be administered if items are not returned to garage and/or if items are broken:
-Pool Stick - $15 each
- Any Pool Balls- $40
-Air Hockey Paddle- $10 each
- Air hockey pucks- $5 each
-Football - $50
-Soccer Ball - $100
- Dart Board - $30
-Darts - $5 each
-Tennis Racket - $150 each
-Tennis Balls - $3 each
Our Home is very well maintained and professionally cleaned, and then inspected to ensure that it is ready for your arrival. If for some reason you feel something is damaged or stained upon arrival, it must be brought to our attention immediately so it can be noted. an inventory list has been provided to assist in your review.
By booking our Home, you are agreeing that you have read and agree to all rules.
