Control room recording booth - 4 x 3.5 Meters fully soundproofed room with great view of the main room. Audio, cat6, bnc connectivity to every room video connectivity cat6 to hdmi, hdsdi to every room. Yahama Grand Piano. Green room is a great space where to relax between sessions, it also has visual access to all the other studios and has a fully fitted kitchen. Catering is available on request. There is access to 3 toilets. The artist/private Bathroom is located on the on the ground floor.

• The studio will be sanitised before each hire with air Disinfectant Fogger and also surfaces would be wiped with antibacterial wipes. • No lighting and equipment would be offered on hire only on request and they would be sanitised before and after use. • The studios and common areas will also be sanitised before your arrival most frequently touched areas such as door handles and stair rails. • Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance of the main building this must be used before entering the studio • Hand sanitiser will be placed around the studio. Staff • In accordance with government guidelines, staff will be asked to self-isolate if they have had any symptoms of Covid-19 and not attend work.
