You must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Upon the review of your booking, if we find that you do not meet our age requirement, your reservation will be cancelled. We require a credit or debit card with matching ID for verification purposes only. The provided card and ID must match the reservation name. Any discrepancies or suspicion of fraud will result in the cancellation of your booking. Deposit: We require a $500 fully refundable deposit that will be billed during your pre-check in process. Any additional cleaning outside of a standard cleaning and/or any damages may be billed against your deposit. Any fees incurred over the $500 deposit will need to be paid upon checkout. All or part of your deposit (depending on the activities of your stay) will be refunded the day after your checkout and will appear back in your bank in 3-5 business days or depending on your bank polices. Additional Rules: PLEASE READ! ALL RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED! MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK A RESERVATION *Valid Current Photo ID and Matching Payment Method Required! Security cameras are recording 24/7 throughout the front and back of the house. No Loud Music or Noises after 10pm *Quiet hours are from 10pm to 1am. No events past 1am (unless authorized by host)(**additional fees do apply). EVENTS LARGER THAN 50 PEOPLE MUST GET SECURITY! NUDITY FILMING OR PERFORMING ANY SEXUAL ACTS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Guest found to have broken this rule will result in lost of deposit and contract will be terminated!! Smoking allowed only outside in designated areas. No Pets (Unless pre-authorized) *Any pets found on the property will result in a $150 fee (plus the cost of any damages).
