A cleaning company will come in between bookings to ensure the property is cleaned and sanitized.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Come enjoy this oasis and experience peace and relaxation at its finest! This home offers a vast amount of space inside and out and was designed with picture moments in mind! Whether you decide you'd like to snap content in front of the many wall paper designs inside the home or by the faux green wall on the patio you have options. It would be perfect for commercial shoots, baby showers and intimate dinners.

Parking description

The driveway will fit 5 standard size vehicles and there is also additional parking right across the street at the city park.

General Rules

No smoking in the home. No loud outside music that could disturb the neighbors. When booking be sure to factor in the necessary time needed for set up and break down. Outside catering/chef is allowed. Close all blinds and turn off lights before leaving the house. All excessive trash that will not fit in the kitchen trash bin we ask you place in green outside trash bin to the left of the garage door. Guests will have access to the entire upstairs level of the home. Basement and garage access will not be provided.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras on at all exterior access points of the home including: front, back, top patio and owners patio doors.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
