You have street parking, on-site parking in back of the building and parking across the street.

* Nothing can be pinned, nailed or taped to the walls. If you hang anything on the walls you will forfeit your entire security deposit. Command strips/hooks are acceptable if there is no damage caused to the structure * No more than 50 people are allowed at an event *No smoking in the building. *Event must be contained to inside premisses only. *Two trash bags will be provided any additional there will be a small fee. * The event must end no later than 11PM and you and your guest must be vacated from the premises by midnight. *Place everything in trash bags, tie up trash bags, clean up any spills, food or trash, place the trash barrels into the back room and take everything you brought in with you, turn out all lights, lock the doors (front and back), place key back in the lock box. *Outside catering is allowed. *A DJ isn't allowed; however you can connect to the speaker in the space or bring in your own speaker * Your event can be shut down, but not limited to certain violations such as: if payment is not made in full before the event starts, payment method returned or invalid, disorderly conduct. No monies will be refunded if your event is shut down due to you or your guests’ actions *Bring your own linens. *No parking in front of 1061 N. Main St. *Doors must be close during your event. ( be mindful of our neighbor). *Absolutely no loitering in the parking lot and there's no overnight parking. (Any vehicle left overnight is subject to be towed at the owner’s expense).
