- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
About the Space
Our studio offers 2 rooms as well as a restroom in studio. This location is great for boudoir shoots or family lifestyle shoots. There is a designated spot for hair and make up to be done as well as a snack area you and your clients are welcome to enjoy. A client closet with over 150 pieces is available to rent.

Beautiful setup - and much more spacious than I would have thought. Fantastic natural lighting - but I LOVE that there is privacy film over the windows so no one can peek in and it acts as a natural diffuser. Location was a bit confusing as Google Maps takes you to a completely different building, but there are maps in the complex to help you find it. I loved it and so did my client!!
