All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Two story townhouse in Spring. The house sleeps 4 on beds. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and they each have a bathroom. The master bedroom has a shower. The guest bedroom has a bathtub. There is a half bath on the first floor. The living room has a nice tile floor, queen sofa bed, futon bed, Smart TV and wifi available. There is central AC and heat. WE CLEAN, SANITIZE & DISENFECT. Edit
