Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have a professional team that cleans several times a week and after events.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

About the Space

Built in 1937 our building was the original regional headquarters for Kroger Grocers. We still have an original delivery truck in lobby! This space is truly a hidden gem in the heart of NKC. We offer a variety of spaces. We have a large event space with a small stage and a sound system. Just outside of the Pavilion we have a beautiful café area with tables, benches, and a bar. We also offer conference rooms and office spaces with beautiful common areas for people to come together.

Parking description

We have a paved parking lot that holds approximately 80 cars. We have ample street parking as well.

General Rules

We are an open vendor facility so you may use any vendor you would like. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender of your choosing. We are a smokeless facility. Weapons are not allowed on property. All events must be completed before midnight. No rice, glitter, or confetti. No fireworks. Children must always be supervised. Decorations aren't allowed to be attached to the walls.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras that record video in the parking lot.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
