Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Disinfectants are used to wipe down both restrooms and main floor area. All door knobs are wiped down and sprayed. 3 exit doors for extra air.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules
GENERAL RULES:
- 'Studio rental agreement' must be signed.
- Renter is responsible for all guest during, before and after event.
- No weapons allowed on property.
- Do not touch the mirrors or studio logo on the wall.
- No hanging out outside of building or parking lot.
- Do not nail anything into floors.
- Any items left over will be held for 24hrs then trashed.
CLEANING FEE:
All rentals must return the studio in the condition it was when you arrived. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the renter if the condition of the space at the end of your booking is not up to our standards.
DAMAGES:
Renter is responsible and will be charged for any damages to studio property
OVERTIME:
Setup time and cleanup time must be included in your booking time. The studio must be completely cleared out by the end of your rental time to avoid overtime fees. All overtime will be billed $75 for each additional 30min.
CATERING:
Clients are welcome to bring in their food and beverage of their choice. However, if a vendor plans to bring in equipment (for example: cooking stoves, fire, etc.) please let us know in advance as additional paperwork is needed.
FURNITURE/SUPPLIES:
Clients are to rent from vendors for we do not provide chairs, tables etc. We provide trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels. Please make sure to BYO: Wine/Beer opener, utensils, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, napkins, ice etc.
