About the Space

3000 sq ft pro photo/video production studio with 23x23x16 curved white cyc wall and overhead 20x20 adjustable steel frame for lights and backdrops. Quiet cold central AC in studio plus green room, makeup room, full bathroom and kitchen. Single door or 10x15 foot overhead roll-up door. Regular price comes with full studio access plus basic cyc wall lights, pro sound blankets on t-stands, high speed wifi and gigabit ethernet. Extra crew available for rent: Studio manager, makeup artist, DP, cameraman, camera assistant, gaffer, grip, DIT, editor, colorist, production assistants. Extra equipment available for rent: Sachtler tripods, mini slider, jib, gimbal, Arri Alexa camera, Canon C300-3 and Panasonic-S 4K video cameras, pro LED film light panels and tubes, color wash lights and uplights, 4K monitors, 4 camera switcher/recorder, live streaming computer and Wirecast Pro software, 55" flat screen tv, 12" teleprompter, wireless video transmitters, wireless lav mics, boom mics and stands, 6 channel HD audio recorder/mixer, c-stands, boom arm/stands, rolling stands, sand bags, apple boxes, extension cords/stingers, DIT cart & much more.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
