We are pet friendly but bringing adds an additional charge. OUTDOORS: You simply won’t believe the outdoor space. Gorgeously landscaped with plenty of private corners for alone time during the day. Where will you spend your day? Lounging around with a good book while catching some desert rays, or sitting by the outdoor fire-pit roasting some s'mores. Solar lights keep the fun outside even after the sunsets so you can cozy up on the loungers and stargazing all night. EXTRA GUESTS: Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Children are considered as part of the total guest count. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. RESPECT There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Sink into the sounds of desert solitude, quiet nights and quiet stars... CHERISH Some of the things visitors to the high desert cherish the most are clean air, mesmerizing night skies and the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem. 150 acres burned down the road because of one cigarette. CLEANING: Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding! EVENTS: The house sits on .44 acres. That’s a lot of room to entertain. WILDLIFE: You surely could encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, squirrels and the endangered kangaroo mice.
