COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is cleaned by a professional cleaner between guests, that observes COVID cleaning measures.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Beautifully renovated home with flowing layout. This craftsman was restored and retains much of it's original charm with modern features. The open kitchen is outfitted with blue cabinets and quartz countertops, and gold fixtures. We've had a the honor of hosting chefs cooking shows in this perfect space.

There are a total of 3 steps that lead up to the front door. Guests will have to enter the porch door first before entering through the main door of the home.

Electrical system description

The circuit breaker is in the basement. Guests will need to get the door code from the owners to gain access into the basement.

General Rules

We are excited to host you! Please note our house rules and treat our home as if it were your own. Renter agrees: A. To be responsible for damage, either intentional or caused by negligence, caused by your occupancy B. Owner is not liable for accidents or damage caused as a result of your stay. Owner may enter at reasonable times for the purposes of routine maintenance or repairs. C. Owner is not responsible for items left on premises. D. Property is a NON smoking property. E. Firearms are not allowed on property F. Pets are not allowed at this time. If you are found in violation of this rule, owner reserves right to terminate rental reservation and forfeit monies, and an additional $300 fee. G. Absolutely NO PARTIES H. No refunds will be allowed. I. Floors must be protected from heavy production equipment. J. No confetti K. Nothing is to be nailed directly onto the walls.

Anything can be moved around so long as it gets returned to it's original location.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are three security cameras on the interior porch, facing the front entrance and the rear yard.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
