Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaner. Hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes are provided.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Wonderfully renovated space that has an open concept. This classic home retains much of it's character with exposed brick and wood floors. It is updated with modern features with a HUGE 12ft kitchen island and modern fixtures. This home is perfect for entertaining and photo shoots.

General Rules

We are excited to host you! Please note our house rules and treat our home as if it were your own. Renter agrees: A. To be responsible for damage, either intentional or caused by negligence, caused by your occupancy B. Owner is not liable for accidents or damage caused as a result of your stay. Owner may enter at reasonable times for the purposes of routine maintenance or repairs. C. Owner is not responsible for items left on premises. D. Property is a NON smoking property. E. Firearms are not allowed on property F. Pets are not allowed at this time. If you are found in violation of this rule, owner reserves right to terminate rental reservation and forfeit monies, and an additional $300 fee. G. Absolutely NO PARTIES H. No refunds will be allowed. I. Floors must be protected from heavy production equipment. J. No confetti K. Nothing is to be nailed directly onto the walls.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Anything can be moved so long as it is returned to it's original spot.

No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are three exterior security cameras, two in the rear and one in the front.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
