Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned between each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Our multifunctional minimalist space is a perfect setting for your creative needs. It can be used for photoshoots, meetings, podcast, or any other small activities. This space has large windows that give lots of natural light. Feel free to move the furniture around. Please let us know if you need a photographer.

The natural light is controlled by blinds. The brightest times are 8am until noon.

Ambient noise description
The space is located in a busy area. You cannot hear the outside noise or the neighbors inside of the space. Soundproof material can be provided.

The front door is where the loading will be done.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Every room and space not being rented is off-limit.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
General Rules
No smoking inside, guest may smoke outside.
No open fire inside.
No illegal drugs are allowed inside or outside of the property.
Food and drinks are allowed, please clean up after your party.
No pets.
No glitter or confetti of any kind.
Music cannot be played loud.
FURNITURE:
Furniture can be moved around inside the space as long as the furniture is moved carefully. No items (nails, screws, etc.) are allowed that will penetrate or leave markings on the walls are allowed. If tape or gummed backing is used, please properly remove. Any damages will result in fees of $75 or more.
GUESTS:
Only the number of guests that were approved are allowed on the property. If more than the approved number arrives there will be a $10 per hour charge per person.
Please arrive on time, your booking will not be extended if you are late. If you need to extend your time please contact the host to see if the time can be accommodated. There will be a charge of the regular hourly rate plus half of the hourly rate if you go over your time.
Guests are not allowed to access any other areas on the property.
Please take care of the space and keep it tidy. There is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved

Security cameras and recording devices
This space has a Ring doorbell located at the front door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
