Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We ask that anyone who feels sick or has came down with COVID-19 in the last 7-14 days please acknowledge & take full precaution. We want this to be a clean & safe environment for everyone.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Hello! We are a modern & fun creative music studio filled with plenty of space for creative content. From making music with a professional engineer to having open space for photoshoots, music videos, podcasts, etc. As our job is to provide you with everything & anything to push your creative content.

General Rules

In our studio we will not tolerate any sort of weapon, no Loitering outside, or violence. Safety is our top priority over anything. Please be respectful to our space and clean up after one another to avoid any sort of issue.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras located inside and outside the studio.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
