Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We hire a professional cleaning service between events and have the venue deep cleaned every month. We also installed a hand sanitizer station once you walk in.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

Newly renovated event space, that can be used for a variety of options. We have WiFi throughout as well as many outlets. We have a downstairs kitchenette as well as two bathrooms. The bright white painted walls, as well as the lighting are exceptional and the floors make a great canvas for any use. We also have a stage and backyard area to complete any look you may be inquiring about.

Parking description

There is street parking, metered parking, and a hospital parking garage across the street.

General Rules

No smoking in the venue, no overnight stays, must empty out any trash,no candles or heaters. Outside catering is allowed

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

I have 6 Ring Security Cameras located throughout the venue. Three upstairs on the main level, two on the downstairs level, and one at the backyard areas

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
