Free onsite parking

Free onsite parking is available in our parking lot. We ask you to limit your cars to a maximum of 5 on weekdays.There is no restriction for weekends. If you need more parking spots there are free street parkings on Hafis Rd.

Our studio faces west, so the natural light is soft and direct all day long! For best direct sunlight Winter time (2:00pm-4:30 pm) • During winter time the sunlight will be on the wainscotting wall side. Summer time (1:00pm-6:00 pm) • During summer time you’ll expect long hours of direct sunlight, the sunlight will be on the cyc-wall side.

• Our studio is not soundproof, other activities in the building cannot be restricted or subdued to accommodate audio capture. • Rates for videography may be higher depending on the type of production. Please let us know details about your project before booking.

Ground Floor

• We are located on the ground floor with easy access from the parking lot. • 24/7 Private Loading Dock

We have changing room and make up area.

Tenant should not enter the office area unless permitted by landlord.

Our rate is for photo & video sessions only. For events please contact us for a quote. *** The rate is for Cyclorama AS IS, repainting service is available for $250+HST with at least 7 days notice, please contact us if you want to add this service. *** STUDIO RULES​​​​​​​ • Please note that we have cameras installed in the studio for safety purposes, however, the footage is not stored in a hard drive or anywhere locally • Please leave enough time prior to the end of your booking to wrap up and clean up as those are included in your booking time and should not extend beyond your booking time. The same goes for prep and setup time. • Pets Allowed (Special request only) $50 pet fee for each pet • NO Alcohol • Smoking (including recreational drugs) in the studio is not permitted • If any member of your party comes intoxicated, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the studio. • Please keep the music and noise to a reasonable volume • The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time • Important rules to keep in mind when using the cyclorama - Don’t step on the curved part as it might be easily broken. Make sure there is enough space between your subject and the wall - Don’t drag furniture, stands, tripods, or other heavy equipment. Instead, lift and carry over carefully not to scratch the cyc wall. - Avoid eating or drinking near the cyc wall to avoid food stains.

• You can rearrange furniture or props inside the studio, however, the studio must be returned to its original state before your end time. • Please, take off your shoes if you need to step on the furniture. Indoor shoes or shoe covers should be used when entering the studio during the fall/winter months. If you are taking pictures in your outdoor shoes, make sure to wipe them down. • When moving the furniture, please lift the items instead of dragging them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs. Contact our studio staff if you need assistance. • In case of any damages to the floor/furniture/props or any other studio equipment you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damages.
