we follow strict safety precautions to ensure the safety of guests to our best ability

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable gloves
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

We have a high-end dispensary, elegantly decorated, with a private event space that can be transformed to accommodate any type of event. The space has hosted company meetings, catered dinners, yoga classes, video game tournaments, painting classes and birthday parties just to name a few. The location is conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. The full space is 1600 sq. ft. and the event space is approximately 320 sq. ft. The event space and holds up to 50 people depending on configuration while the full space can comfortably fit 100. The event space has access to a small kitchen prep area. We'd love to show you more of our space!

There is plenty of free parking available.

General Rules

We have cocktail tables and 6 ft. tables available with table cloths if needed. We also offer chairs with or without chair covers, place settings (plates, napkins, glass and silverware) and table center pieces (if needed). The space can be configured numerous ways for a wide variety of events.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have 8 security cameras focusing on the main areas of the location. The retail space (2), private event space (2), kitchen (2) and hallway (2)

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
