About this Space: Perfect space for all types of shoots and luxury or modern content creation! **Photography and Videography allowed** - True floor to ceiling windows throughout the unit that gives natural light at anytime of day. The night view is breathtaking, and the day view is so calm, serene, and welcoming. You will feel Asia you are receiving a hug from the skyline. Absolutely breathtaking! - Beautiful grey flooring, marble countertops and white cabinets give a prominent modern Aesthetic. - High floor to ceiling windows perfect for any backdrop if needed. - Easy to covert space to guest specifications, with or without living room furniture. Please proceed to add on's to request removal of furniture if desired. -Please calculate the amount of time that you will need to set up and breakdown, and book the proper hours you may need. If additional hours are needed there will be a 1.5 hourly rate added for additional time. -Weekend hours differ from weekday hours.
