All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our Aparment This traditional and stylish single family four bedroom house was originally set up for family use. Since we've receive multiple requests to host meetings and photoshoots and filming, we decided to give our space a twist and also welcome this type of activities. The neighborhood Alliance Town Center and Stock Yard area is a trendy, hip and super cool part of Fort Worth! Filled with many delicious restaurants , shops and Breweries! And a quick drive, Uber or even bicycle ride to downtown Fort Worth, you'll love the area. Logistics You'll have access to the entire apartment that is fully furnished with modern amenities.
