Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Sanitation and cleanliness is definitely a high priority for us and we take the time to ensure that our staff and guests will be safe.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Our unique and multi-flex venue in a cool restaurant loft environment is perfect for any event ranging from your most intimate gatherings to larger professional and social celebrations. The space can be arranged to accommodate all your needs and our events manager is happy to work with you to bring your vision to life. Conveniently located across from the Rossyln Metro Station our stylist spot features all around glass walls providing plenty of natural sunlight.

In house catering preferred, outside catering will be accompanied with a fee.
OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES: Cleaning fee is $100, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
