Lighting description

As you see in the pictures, I have windows all around the loft throughout the double ceilings. Some windows light can be blocked and others don’t. Depending on the area.

Space is not soundproof

No noise whatsoever.

Equipment loading description

It’s a single family house. There is a small ramp for one step to enter the house. Loading trucks don’t need to be removed.

Staging area is available

Any of the house bedrooms. There are 4. You can use there of them.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

One bedroom will not be used. Rest can be used for bookings above three hours. For bookings less than three hours, you can only use one bedroom.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

No smoking or drinking. No nudity or adult content. Equipment has to be lifted and placed carefully in order not to ruin hardwood floors. Catering is fine. Guests will be requested to sign a liability waiver. Guests will be requested to pay a security deposit depending on the type of booking. Price shown for booking of 9 guests or less. Reach out for a quote for guests above 9 individuals. If you require backyard to be set up and grass freshly cut, please notify in advance and a separate charge will be applied. Kitchen appliances are not available for use. One bedroom (loft area) is available for use. If you require the use of an extra bedroom, please notify in advance.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

You can move things but you can't drill or make extra hangings in the wall.

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Devices will be off but they have regular security cameras

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

House will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to any bookings.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
