After each guest, a detailed disinfection and deep cleaning is done by cleaning professionals.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Ready for all amazing photo shoots, video shoots, small intimate events, girls weekends, POD casts, YouTube shows, Only Fans, church outings , film projects, anything camera related. Great space with amazing energy. Really high ceilings and lots of natural light. Plenty of parking, and very short distance from downtown.

General Rules

No smoking, No parties, No guest over the agreed upon number, catering can be provide and is allowed, no pets allowed without permission, no loud outdoor events with permission.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

There is a fee for removing art from walls and moving in and out furniture due to the fact that everything needs to be leveled and positioned correctly for the next client.

Cameras are located near front door outside and near back door outside.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
