About the Space
1897 Home with unique farmhouse kitchen remodeled in 2017. Features working vintage gas stove with pressed tin backsplash, exposed original brick, high ceiling with reclaimed wood beams, antique cast iron double farm sink and original wood floors. Roomy kitchen with two sinks and soapstone island counter. Great for kitchen photo shoots, cooking demonstration, etc.

Parking description
There is street parking on my block and neighboring streets. There is a big parking lot 4 blocks down at a middle school. Street parking isn't difficult. There is street cleaning for a few hours on Thursday on one side of the street and Friday on the other side of my block.
General Rules
Catering is allowed outside.
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm-8am.
No loud music after 10pm
No smoking
No pets allowed
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Blink home security outdoor cameras are by the front door, back door and side entrances. They can be turned off easily.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All kitchen surfaces are cleaned with non-toxic cleaning products. All touch surfaces, light switches, handles, knobs, etc are wiped with Clorox disinfecting wipes.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
