About the Space
Our charming 1897 Carriage House is located away from the street behind our family home on the island of Alameda. It reflects a fun, vintage, farm style decor with modern charm. High ceiling in the main space with open beams, working gas fireplace, wood floors, modern small bathroom, small working kitchen and bohemian decorated bedroom.

Street parking is not a problem. All surrounding streets have available street parking.
General Rules
No loud music after 10pm
No smoking
No pets allowed
Guests must provide additional insurance, security deposit, and valid permits for all vendors
All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The house is cleaned with non-toxic cleaning supplies and all high touch surfaces (light switches, door knobs, handles, etc) are wiped with Clorox disinfecting wipes.
The house is vented with fresh air between guests with windows open for a couple of hours.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
