All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

This house was incredibly beautiful! The host was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. We used the kitchen mostly, which was perfect for our cocktail-making photoshoot; a huge island and an open-concept kitchen. I would definitely book again!

Omgoodness!!! This venue exceeded my expectations in every way! Gorgeous gorgeous natural light everywhere, endless opportunities to photograph and the host were incredibly kind to us. I will most def be going back!

I love the space. The video explaining the common areas and the expectation was very detailed. The host was extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable and please.
