Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

About the Space
This beautiful warehouse space with exposed whitewashed bricks and tons of all-day, natural-light from the north facing windows, is located in the newly developed Mott Haven area of The Bronx. Its just minutes from Manhattan and very easy to get to! (6 Train to 143rd ST, followed by a simple 2 minute walk. You can also drive right in from any borough via the Triboro/RFK bridge and be parked in front of the studio in under 10 minutes) Although our 1,000 sq ft studio space has very generous amounts of natural light, we also have a wide range of professional lighting equipment included in the booking rate! An amazing space. Gigantic and the light is just insane. Even snacks, coffee included. Only difficulty was utilizing the strobes/modifiers with my Fuji gear.

The studio was very spacious, clean, and well lit and the host was super nice (plus there were snacks so that’s always a plus). I took some self portraits here which were easy to set up. I’d also like to note that the acoustics are pretty good so you could do some singing in there too as long as there isn’t construction at the time.

Awesome space, great natural lighting! The studio has a lofty feel to it which is nice. The space also comes equipped with tripods, backgrounds and light boxes if needed. Shotti is an amazing host and the communication was great! Overall I’m definitely coming back and referring people, thank you!!!
