(HAS TWO FLOORS TO USE) It is perfect for hosting casual events with a relaxed atmosphere. We expect all guests to be respectful and considerate towards others. This space is ideal for art shows, art markets, baby showers, and similar events. While the space has no elevator guest will have to take the stairs. There are approximately 45-50 stairs in total, which goes to first floor then ia couple more steps towards the back to get to second floor. Warning: Their is no elevator. Its a flight of stairs to the first floor and then to second floor is another flight of stairs. Before booking please tell me what type of event it is and what you are having. So I can approve if it’s okay to have certain things. Events NOT allowed : -Moshing ( Mosh pits) -No big parties At ALL you will be kicked out with no refunds . Please respect space. If you pass the 60 capacity you will be charged. I don’t want big parities here. Not against them they just can’t happen here. Pls message me about capacity. -Heavy bass DJs . Bass is okay but not heavy heavy. Loud music is fine. -no parties with a bunch of kids less then 21 years old. Has to have a lot of adults Space is meant for chill events. Please respect that. I really mean it when I say it’s for chill events. I don’t want no drama in my space, no fights, no turnt crowds, no over capacity. Please respect the space. THINGS TO KNOW: When your event is confirmed Peerspace will message you with a follow up email that you would need to do soon. They will send you a link to get event insurance and you must give them your proof of ID. Event insurance is something you need to pay for extra that Peerspace needs regarding Safety and liability. So after your confirmed booking get on that soon or they will cancel your booking and I would unblock for other bookings to come in and take your spot. You must be 21 and over for the event insurance and proof of I. D Things to know part 2 : -you are now required to leave a $150 deposit day of before coming in. You will get this back next day if you didn’t have over capacity, no damages (because peerspace charges me $100 deductible when someone damages something which isn’t fair because I didn’t damage whatever you (guest) damaged) and if place isn’t trashed up. Cleaning fee is higher if it’s trashed up. SECURITY: If you have an event you must have security or a trusted family/friend member .If it's a small crowd not a problem but if it's a big crowd (more than 50) If you don’t have security to control your crowd please do not book. You will have to show proof of your security day of your event to worker. You need one to operate door at all times. What you need to bring : -Need to bring own chairs and tables. Own speaker. Space is an empty space you have to provide your own things. What space comes with: -Dj lights -one bathroom -4 couches -about 15 chairs SETTING UP: -You have to pay for your set up time. There will be no drop offs or setting up before the time you booked. THE TIME YOU BOOK is the time you can do your drop offs, setting up, ect. CLEANING UP: - YOUR CLEAN UP TIME is considered your booking hours. If you are cleaning up after that it is still time that is going to be charged so if you feel like you need more time to clean up then book additional time or do the trash fee add on. You will be charged day off if you go over. Reason is host is waiting for clean up and has to stay longer. All booking must now add the additional trash fee that is refundable if place is not trashed outside of venue or inside! (Cleaning fee is an easy mop and sweep, if we have to pick up all the trash and even outside the venue that’s an additional charge) When cleaning up please take everything with you. It's not my responsibility to hold things for you. Anything that is left will be thrown away. People so far have made a habit of leaving things and trying to get it next morning. I have top clean and do a lot of tours plus an event might take place after so I have to clean. TAKE EVERYTHING WITH YOU. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: -Damages /throw up -If there’s trash downstairs and a mess you will be charged extra depending on how much -Cleaning fee now depends on how you leave the place. If it’s simple trash to where it’s an easy clean up then you will be charged regular price. If the place is trashed up then cleaning is an additional charge. Which turns into $125 now. -More than the people you say you are bringing. If it over reaches capacity you will be charged. More than 60 guest is a charge. Information: Please note that there may be a chance of a booking walking through your party is there is a booking happening upstairs. Because the place is an event place and a production studio place. Cancellations Policy: -Due to events blocking more time out (meaning I am also blocking upstairs bookings from happening ) events are not as flexible from canceling . So you have 30 days to cancel from starting time to get refund and if it’s within the 30 day timeframe then it’s non refundable. Frequently asked questions: 1) Is there a noise limit? -No, having a DJ is okay. Loud music is fine. Just not those super Bassy Djs or those super big event dj were music is super loud to the max. 2) Am I allowed to smoke and drink? - Yes, papers would need to be signed day of stating that I am not responsible for you and your guest. I understand that some events have drinking and smoking. I don’t want CIGARETTES inside. Please do that outside the building. Cigarettes are hard to get rid of. 3) What is the limit of people? -The most people in space would be 75 max. Depends what you are doing then I might take things into consideration. Just message me what type of event it will be and if security will be involved. Security is a must if you don’t have security do not book. You need one at all times operating. 4)Can I come view the space? -Yes, but please message me day of to see what a good time to come in. (Only ONE TIME VISITS nothing more, make sure you ask all the questions during visit, ONLY ONE VISIT) 5) Can you block my time frame? -No, whoever books first will get the time slot and day.

The space and customer service was exactly what I needed! Don’t be fooled by the exterior location…it’s great when you open the gate and customize it to fit your theme. I had a black light party for my ten y/o and her friends and everything worked out wonderfully. Of course there were a few moments of stress when the unexpected and place (no fault of the host) but she was gracious enough to provide compensation for the inconvenience. Host was quick to respond to all of my questions and Patty who was “boots on the ground “ was awesome and accommodating in every sense. I don’t do events often but if I can recommend the space to anyone I do it wholeheartedly!
