Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The house is practically a brand new construction with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths Modern style all through, concrete floor on first level and hardwood on second. Master Bathroom has both free standing tub and enclosed shower. The house is fully furnished and functional. Front and back out door area, house is a cross the street from a huge park and walking distance to a newly developed residential and commercial area.

General Rules

Definitely no smoking unless it’s temp for quick video shot (has to be approved ahead of time) No after 11pm noise and party Guests or crew members count has to be exact and declined ahead

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Front door entrance has a ring video camera for everyone safety

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
