Vintage Brownstone in Brooklyn

A beautiful brownstone with 18" high ceilings, bay windows, and tons of natural light throughout the home. Thank you, and stay safe! ------------------- Three distinct rooms (living room, kitchen, decorated bathroom) are connected by a hallway with trim details on the walls, ravishing local artwork, traditional herringbone flooring, and crown molding throughout. Do not move anything without permission. Please ask permission from host for any furniture/decor moving. Artwork rotates and may be different from photos, and can only be moved/changed with prior permission from the host. Our space is flexible, unique, and perfect for film, photoshoots, meetings, conferences, and workshops. It has three rooms. A light-filled daily rental for private video/photo productions. The standard rental period is between 6 AM and 12 AM. It is a light-filled open floor plan (dining, kitchen, and living room) that can host up to a 20 crew production in casual Brooklyn style. This formal yet modern home, only 12 minutes from Broadway Junction train station is ideal for relocations, photoshoots, commercials, peaceful relaxation, or filming a cooking show! Located in a welcoming community with spectacular views of Bedsty. The space consists of exposed brick, victorian molding, victorian fireplace, bay windows, beautifully loved plants, high 18’ ceilings. Light: The window wall of the space is South facing. It gets incredible direct light in the morning and early afternoon. Blackout lighting is available upon request. Furniture: A wide array of furniture unique mid-century, finds. Living room: Hand-built bookcase that captures the vintage story of the home, vintage mirrors that relax the natural light for the perfect photoshoot, round wooden table for an intimate setting, a real working fireplace that can be lit (upon request). Kitchen: Vintage lamps in the kitchen create a perfect setting for a cooking show or photoshoot, comes with dishes, and a fridge that the crew are free to use please eat only in the kitchen. Bathroom: A remodeled bathroom that can take make you feel like royalty with the brass vintage shower rim.
