About the Space
Such a unique St. Louis venue! A gorgeous, funky greenhouse; an urban jewel box. The greenhouse has an attached large concrete patio space. 40 is the maximum for in the greenhouse, but larger parties can be accommodated with the outdoor attached patio. Rentals also include access to an indoor kitchenette & restroom, and have the option of indoor space being added on ***SEE MAP LAYOUT IN IMAGES Windows on 2 walls and on the roof allow tons of natural light in making it a dream for photos/video. A great option for a colorful back drop no matter what season since it's always filled with plants. Our space is perfect for commercial shoots, showers, parties, small weddings, art classes... With larger rental packages, you have the option to add on the rental of tables, chairs, place settings, etc. It is worth noting that this is a Space for Rent and we are not Party Coordinators. We can add that service on separately, but we have found that our venue is best served by guests who are aware of the coordination needs and having one (maybe two) lead coordinators who are a part of their event. We want you to have a great experience but we also are not a full service hotel or venue which is what makes our space affordable for parties of all types and sizes.

What an amazing space! The listing pictures done it no justice. We booked our reservation and had to reschedule but Mike was super accommodating and made the rescheduling process so easy! We booked the space for a body positivity photoshoot. We felt safe and sexy. There were never any concerns about safety. When we arrived we were welcomed by Dawn. We had a graduation/send off party for a 22 y/o. The Greenhouse was perfect venue for the 50 guests to spread out, take pictures, snack, mingle etc. Lovely venue with very accomidating hosts.

Beautiful space however the booking process was very difficult and rude hosts. We were notified within the week of the event that the venue refrigerator was broken and would not be fixed within the time of our event, in 95+ degree weather. (Our food had already been ordered). The only option was for them to provide 5 bags of ice OR a $75 credit. The ice was not enough to keep our food/drinks cold for a 4 hour event. Additionally we had asked if our event ended at 7pm and if we had guests that were lingering and we were cleaning up what the policy was, the attendant told us it would be ok and not to worry. At 7pm we were cleaning up and asked multiple times if it was ok, and we were assured there wasn't any issue. 2 Days later, after the event we received a charge for a full additional hour, we even and reached out to the venue contact Shelly and never received a response. Additionally the attendant was late with the ice and remaining tablecloths for the tables/chairs ordered arriving into our event time 3:05. We had ordered WHITE event chairs and they provided brown wood chairs, not what we selected.

The place was absolutely beautiful, Mike and Shelly accommodated my group of 40 and were very helpful. 10/10 would rent this venue again.
