About the Space
Beautiful versatile studio space with natural lighting. As well as lights on a dimmer. Space can be used for Dance, from ballet to tap. Training programs, table reads, fittings, workouts, photo shoots, pop ups. A 800 hundred square foot space with a Marley sprung floor, Mirrors around and Black out curtains if needed. Plenty of parking, elevator and plenty of restaurants around.

Great space for quiet rehearsals or classes before 6pm because it’s not soundproof and Pilates instruction is next door. Other than that, parking and accessibility was perfect!

Incredible space, easy access, clean, and great location! We used the space to rehearse blocking and record choir segments for an upcoming short film. Sam and Susannah were very communicative about how we could best utilize the space for that and everything was exactly as they described it. Overall awesome booking experience and super affordable too!
