Perfect set up for diner gatherings, fight parties, or just get away w/ loved one for relaxation! Nice jacuzzi tub in master bedroom . With two 65 inch Flat Screens on rotating mount this would be ideal for fight party, super bowl, or any big sports event! It is also a nice spot to shoot content in for any YouTube, Video, Commercial , Cooking Show etc! The house is in. A quit residential neighborhood where everybody knows of everybody. The home is 10 mins away from airport and downtown right off 465 highway which makes it easy to locate!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We use a company Next Day Clean LLC that is licensed professional. They use products based with Lysol and bleach to make sure to kill off any germs from surfaces and floors !
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
