Enjoy this ready-to-go office space featuring six private rooms, a modern kitchen, and lounge areas. You'll be right on Powell Street, close to Westfield San Francisco Centre and the world-famous cable car stop. Great office suite space for filming a scene for an ad, film, commercial, or TV show. The bright rooms offer exceptional lighting for headshots, as well!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

Space was really nice for an informal space just to get the team together and get work done. I would have to say that the Check In Process was challenging because the code was different than what was communicated. I appreciated the fact that the bathrooms and kitchen we exclusive to the floor. I would like to suggest mentioning what can be used by Codi guests because there was preexisting snacks and beverages that seemed like they can be consumed. I would definitely use this space again.

Yes, I would book again.

There were some challenges with this space we booked. So instead, Codi communicated well with me to provide us with a different space. I would work with Codi again!

Yes, I would book again.

The space was large, with 4-5 different rooms, each with desks and chairs; plus a kitchen and two bathrooms. No issues with getting in, the internet, or anything else. Great to work from.
