🔥Bright 750 sq ft south facing windows with a 15 ft high ceiling windows 🚀Studio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator 24/7 upon request) 🌡HVAC system - nice temperature all the time. 👠2 Shared changing rooms in hallway 🪑Set of different chairs 🎥Basic equipment included, watch below 🌈Wide range of seamless backdrops - (not included) 🚇4 min walking from Jefferson Ave subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square. 🥐Great area - best coffee, pizza, groceries around. 🚗Easy to find place for a parking. Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment Freight elevator works 24/7 - If you need to use a freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will need special instructions for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. 2xProFoto Flash Strobes Included! -All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. Penalty Fee $200 -No confetti, glitter, feathers, faux moss, petals, smashed cake, paint splashes, smashed glass, fake snow, soil, sand allowed. Penalty Fee $200 -No guns, drugs on the premises. Penalty Fee $300 -No heavy furniture on the CYC wall. Penalty Fee $200 -No water, liquids, glue, tape of any kind on the CYC wall/ any other walls surface. Penalty fee $200 -No standing on the CYC wall corner. Penalty Fee $200 -No pointy heels on the CYC wall. Penalty Fee $200 -Don’t lose the Bathroom Fob. Fee $100 -Don't cut our paper backdrops. Studio Is not sound proof .Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date. -For some bookings (large groups shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Security Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days after the booking if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking.
