This apartment is a blast from the past complete with mid-century modern furnishings and props. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with plenty of windows that let in tons of natural light, 2 bathrooms, a common space with lofty windows and a sliding door that lets out to a large terrace with city views. The common space is great for meetings or conferences and the office/den is great for a private work station. The curated spaces make just about any room in the apartment great for photoshoots or video shoots. Whether you want to utilize the natural light or create a more controlled lighting set up, this space is versatile and allows for plenty of options. Location: Downtown Brooklyn is a hub for most trains and the space is very easily accessible by subway. Located near A,C,G (Hoyt/Schermerhorn) and 5 -10 mins walking from F, R, 2, 3, N, Q, 4 & 5 trains. The building has a main entrance and side entrance and an elevator as well.

Such a pretty space with a beautiful terrace and lights! I booked the space for a clay painting craft & film night, and everyone had a great time! Host was very accommodating to all of the event needs. My only regret was not being able to utilize the terrace space due to the nature and length of my event. Would book again!
