Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have 2 cleaning companies that follow CDC safety guidelines of disinfecting.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Our venue includes a 1,500 sqft Ballroom that can be dressed for any event, an intimate 200 sq ft.Cocktail Lounge that has in-house licensed and insured bartenders with seating 65" TV's, and a beautiful 300 sq ft Garden Lounge in an enclosed patio with a beautiful city skyline view. Our social venue space is perfect for smaller gatherings that can hold up to 150 people comfortably. It is an all white blank canvas that can include 8 48" round tables and 32 Chiavari chairs. We also have outside heaters for the patio and a projector inside of the main ballroom.

Our venue includes a 1,500 sqft Ballroom that can be dressed for any event, an intimate 200 sq ft.Cocktail Lounge with seating and TV's, and a beautiful 300 sq ft. Garden Lounge in an enclosed patio.

General Rules

Smoking outside on the patio only. No decor on the walls that will damage the paint. Must use our in-house bartending company if liquor is to be poured or sold.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras throughout the entire space included outside overlooking the parking lot.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
