All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Secluded Hideaway “Gem” it’s a small ranch style home with game room basement. Property has plenty of outdoor space. You will have access to the partial access to home during your event and you are encouraged to take advantage of the large deck overlooking the pool, floating deck, bar & grill pavilion, dining wood table fire-pit for outdoor cooking or s’mores, pool with poolside lounge seating, outdoor Bluetooth speakers, smart TV.

General Rules

-No loud music after 11pm. Please respect our neighbors and be mindful of the noise. -No overnight stay -Maximum 50 guests (25 or more guests needs approval and require additional cost such as event insurance & security which we provide) -Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. any evidence of smoking inside the house will incur an automatic loss of your security deposit and you will be required to leave the premises. -No pets or service animals allowed on property -No Burning Candles or incense -Absolutely no illegal drugs. This property is a drug-free zone (GA. Code Ann. 16-1332). Any Violation will be subject to Georgia law. -Any damage in or out of house will result in loss of security deposit. This includes Stains on Furniture or sofa, broken or inoperable items. Our home is well maintained, professionally cleaned and inspected to ensure that it is ready for your arrival. If for some reason you feel something is damaged or stained upon arrival, it must be brought to our attention immediately so it can be noted. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing Ask about Decor & Rental items can be provide for additional cost Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use access code provided Failure to adhere to the following house rules will result in additional fees and/or cancellation of the reservation: By booking our home, you are agreeing that you have read and agree to all rules
