Our studios are cleaned and equipment is disinfected daily - no more than 10 people are allowed in our facility at one time

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We have 2 rooms to record audio/video podcasts, equipped with 5 mics, webcams, Multiple Sony Cameras, Blackmagic Video Switcher, HQ audio mixer, phone-lines for audience calls, several video monitors, VMIX, engineers, streaming "Live" to FaceBook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.. green screen in each of the 3 rooms, LED lighting, remote video/audio options. 3rd room (middle room) open for small video shoots, it 's a full green-screen room.

General Rules

No smoking is allowed in the studio, outside catering is ok. We ask all guests to please keep the facilities clean, and pickup after yourselves and your guests.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are surveillance cameras outside and inside our facility

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
