COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Professional commercial cleaning company is contracted to clean at the end of every day / booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Brand New Completely Gut Renovated Art Gallery which just was renovated for Jean Michel Basquiat Art Basel Exhibit. Brand new oversized white free standing walls in an "art maze" style that allows for one to be immersed in the artistry from a journey perspective. From start to finish the flow and feng shui of the gallery takes the viewer on a journey and a narrative arc through the art allowing clients to tell a story through the placement of the art.

General Rules

Treat our space as you would treat your own space with love and care. Please use caution and care when hanging or repositioning art. We have in house art handlers that can hang and handle your art for an added fee. Additional services offered are - Videography and Photography -NFT GALLERY featuring 15 ULTRA HIGH RES PROFESSIONAL DISPLAYS with Managed Services App to stream all NFTs Seamlessly. - Catering - F&B Services for events including Premium Food Options, Hordourves, Wine, Alcohol etc. - Marketing & Advertising for your event with Key Influencers, PR & Digital Activations from our award winning in house agency.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

CCTV Security cameras throughout the building at entry ways and exits. AUDIO IS NOT RECORDED

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
