Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

In response to COVID-19, a protective mask is currently required for each and every guest and crew member to ensure the health and safety of everyone. Anyone who arrives without a mask will not be permitted to enter the location. A limited amount of protective masks is available on site. Rest assured the location is cleaned in accordance with EPA guidelines before and after each booking, and hand sanitizer is provided on site.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our approximately 500 sq. ft., hardwood floor studio space is an ideal location for intimate individual or group fitness instruction; a calming and quieter area for meetings or planning session; and/or a calming and spacious location for events like baby showers and small-scale photo and film production. With an easy-to-find location less than 7 miles from major transit (highways and train), our space features free, street-level parking that makes load-ins and load-outs easy. We are also nearby many grocery stores, convenience stores, local caterers and other businesses that make planning your space usage easy. Parking description

Parking is free and street-level. Our location is in a strip mall campus that shares a large parking lot with other businesses. We can accommodate groups as large as approximately 20+ with individual, free parking for each. Depending on the day, time, type and duration of the event, we may ask guests to park along the side or back of the building in order to be mindful of those visiting other businesses on the campus.

General Rules

No smoking in the building, on the entire campus, or in the parking lot. No gum, paint, glitter, confetti, open flame, fog, nailing into walls, on-site cooking, or food that leaves a lingering smell. Limited on-site garbage removal is available. Guests are required to gather and bag their garbage, and the host will ensure removal. Guests are required to leave shoes at the door, as shoes are not permitted inside the studio space. Guests are welcome to enjoy the space barefoot or while wearing stockings. In the event of productions or events that involve outside equipment, the booking guest is responsible for ensuring equipment has protective footing in order to not damage the hardwood flooring.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have a security camera that sits atop one of our boutique shelving units and provides real-time visual and audio of the front desk area. The camera remains on.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
